• Agreement. Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the MMS Europe website. This Agreement explains the terms and conditions governing usage of the MMS Europe website, and it is your responsibility to read and understand them. • Refunds. Refunds are available for product sold if you contact us within 7 days of purchase. Furthermore, in order for a refund to be processed, the product must not have been opened or used and the seal must be in tact. Refunds will only be issued once the full product has been returned to us.
• Cancelations. You may cancel your order at any time prior to us shipping you the product, although once the product has been shipped, you will be subject to our refund policy above. If you wish to cancel, please email us at orders@mmseurope.com or call us on 0161 870 8058.
• Delivery Timescales. We will ship your product the next day after receiving your order using 1st class postage within the United Kingdom (or Airmail if abroad). If orders are made during the weekend, we will ship your order on the Monday. Shipping times should be no more than 2 business days for domestic deliveries and 7 days for international deliveries.

MMS Europe does not make any warranty, express or implied, or assume any legal liability or responsibility for the completeness or usefulness, or the accuracy or quality of any information presented on the MMS Europe website. This User Agreement constitutes the entire and final agreement between you and MMS Europe with respect to this subject and replaces any and all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the User Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by MMS Europe.
